DATA WE COLLECT DIRECTLY FROM YOU
You may provide us with personal information through our website, mobile application, telephone, email or other means. This includes personal information you provide when you:
create a profile on our website or through our mobile applications;
send a request to receive advertising mailings;
participate in competitions, promotions or surveys;
contact us as a driver-partner; or
leave feedback or, if you have a corporate account, send us a request to contact you.
Categories of information we collect directly from you:
Identification information includes your first and last name. You can also add your photo to your profile, but this is not required to use our service.
Passenger location data. When you turn on geolocation tracking, you no longer need to enter your location, allowing us to provide you with more relevant and accurate searches.
Driver location data. The location data provided by Drivers allows us to track an available Driver or vehicle and calculate approximate data, such as the time it will take the driver to get to the starting point of the trip, the distance to the destination and the approximate cost for the passenger. Driver location data allows you to be notified of the Driver's arrival using a notification.
Contact information includes your email, phone numbers and zip code. When you use the "Book for Another Person" option and select the passenger for whom the order is being made, you can also give us access to that person's contact details, but we do not store this data after the end of the trip.
Financial data - bank account and payment card information (including expiration date and CVV code) required to process payments. Please note that we use the expiration date and CVV code only for the purpose of confirming the validity of the payment card and do not store the CVV code after payment has been confirmed.
Transaction data - information about the payment received from you and made to you, as well as other information about the products and services that you purchased using our service, such as location data, delivery address, destination, dates, times, distance, costs, calls or messages and other related transaction data. We use such information to bill you for use of the service, services provided using it, and to notify you if a payment order has been declined. Please note that these notifications cannot be disabled.
Technical data includes Internet Protocol (IP) address, your username, browser type and version, time zone and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device information such as device identification number (ID), device identifier advertising (IDFA) and other technologies on the devices you use to access our website or app.
Preference data includes your preferences, feedback and survey responses.
Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, app and service, such as app downloads, app and web page browsing history.
Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences about receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.
Driver Data includes information provided by the driver or potential driver, information from the driver's resume, identification documents, driver's license, name and contact details of the company through or on behalf of which the driver provides the services, information obtained based on any lawful verification data, vehicle information and registration.
Rating - Passengers can rate the driver’s performance and leave feedback. We deactivate drivers with low ratings.
We may also need to obtain additional information from you to confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This security measure allows us to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to a person who does not have a right to receive such information. We may also contact you with other information to expedite the processing of your order.
DATA WE COLLECT THROUGH AUTOMATION TOOLS
As you use our website or app, we may automatically collect the data described above, as well as information about your device, browser activity, and other website and app behavior. We also collect such personal information using cookies, web server logs and other similar technologies. We may also obtain technical information about you when you visit other websites through the use of our cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
DATA WE RECEIVE FROM DRIVERS
In addition to the general information provided to us as stated above, drivers are screened before being given the opportunity to work with the Owner. In addition to background checks by our representatives (in person or otherwise), we ask each driver to provide us with the following information:
a copy of the driver's license, as well as additional information confirming the driver's eligibility to work in accordance with applicable law;
data on the facts of criminal prosecution (certificate of no criminal record);
residential address and date of birth for the purpose of combating money laundering.
We request this information from drivers to protect the safety of our users, fulfill our obligations to our users, and comply with applicable laws.
DATA WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SOURCES
We may receive personal information about a driver for background check purposes.
If an individual intends to apply for a business account, we may collect information about that individual's credit or business history.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA AND THE BASIS FOR USING IT
We use your personal data:
to provide you with services and personalize them;
to process your requests and requirements and provide customer service;
to enable you to communicate with drivers directly or via chat. Please note that we do not disclose your phone number to the driver and vice versa. In order to fulfill this option, we obtain information about the date, time and content of the message. This information also allows us to resolve conflicts and improve the safety of our users and drivers;
to comply with applicable legal obligations and to cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement authorities;
to contact you via email or push notifications with promotional communications and offers about products and services we offer (unless you have disabled the promotional communications option or are prohibited by law).
for marketing and advertising purposes, including targeted advertising, in accordance with your preferences. We also use means to measure the effectiveness of our promotions. Please note that you can disable the advertising option by selecting the “limit ad tracking” option on your device;

to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, such as providing access to the service, creating and maintaining your account, corresponding with you regarding your order, and making or receiving payments;
to comply with our legal, regulatory and audit obligations. In particular, the Owner undertakes to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, since we carry out activities that require the collection and storage of specific data about the use of our service, including obligations to verify our drivers as part of anti-money laundering;
to pursue our legitimate interests and the interests of third parties, for example to understand how you use our service, which allows us to obtain important information for the development of new products. When we process personal data to pursue our legitimate interests, we employ robust security measures to protect your data and to ensure that our legitimate interests do not conflict with your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

4. HOW WE SHARE DATA
We may share personal data with third parties in the following cases:
Trip data for passengers and drivers. When you order a ride, we provide you with the following information at the moment the driver accepts the order:
driver's name, photo and rating;
the location of the driver, starting from the moment the order is accepted and ending with the end of the trip.
When a driver accepts an order, we provide the driver with the following information:
your name (and, if you provide, your photo);
car delivery address and specified destination.
Travel data that may be transferred to third parties.
If you pay through a business account, the owner of that account has access to your travel information.
If someone other than the passenger pays for the booking using the Book Another Person option, we may, at our discretion, provide that person with access to travel information.
If a driver works for an Owner's partner, the driver's information is also available to the Owner's partner.
If you are using a complementary trip provided by a third party, we may inform the third party of the date and time of the trip, as well as the price and class of such trip.
Data that is transferred to service providers and business partners. Other companies help us operate as described in this Privacy Policy, and we may share your personal information with such service providers and business partners. They may provide services to us, such as providing technical infrastructure, marketing, analytics and survey tools. We also cooperate with professional consulting companies, lawyers, bankers, auditors, insurers or accountants.
Data that is transferred within a group associated with the Owner. We may share certain information within a group associated with the Owner in order to ensure the proper functioning of the service.

At any time, you can delete your user account by following these steps: Profile → Delete account. Please note that you cannot delete your account if you have outstanding payments.
